Trouble logging is usually because your computer is having trouble connecting to our servers. This could be for a number of reasons.
1. You are using an incorrect email or password. Try resetting your password at https://www.kodable.com/resetpassword
2. You do not have a registered Kodable account. Kodable account creation is not automatic, so if you downloaded the Kodable you still need to create an account at https://www.kodable.com/register
3. You have a firewall, ad-blocker, antivirus software, or proxy blocking access to our servers. Please refer to our article on login issues for more information on how to fix this
4. You are using an unsupported browser. Kodable should work in all relatively new browsers, including Google Chrome (recommended), Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, and Edge.
5. You have browser security settings that disable Kodable from working correctly. An example of this would be if you have JavaScript disabled. If this is the case, you will need to disable these settings.
Note: If you are seeing an "Upgrade to Parent Pro" screen when logging in check out this article [HERE].
If you've tried to resolve the issue using the methods above and are still unable to login, please contact our support team.
