I already have a monthly membership. Can I get the annual or lifetime plan's discounted price?
Yes, you can purchase the item on the Kodable website and you will receive the discounted price. If you're on the annual plan through iTunes, please see instructions below.
I have an annual membership, can upgraded to the lifetime plan?
Yes, you can purchase the lifetime plan normally and you will receive the discounted price. If you're on the annual plan through iTunes, please see instructions below.
I am on a trial, can I get the discounted price when my trial ends?
iTunes Trials: If you're on the a trial through iTunes, please cancel your trial through iTunes before purchasing the discounted plan, following the instructions here. Then you can purchase normally through the Kodable website.
Upgrade to Lifetime: If you are upgrading to the lifetime plan from any other trial, you can purchase normally and Kodable will not charge you when your trial ends.
Monthly plan trial: If you are on a trial for the monthly plan and would like to upgrade to the annual or lifetime plan, you can purchase normally and your account will be upgraded at the discounted price.
Annual Plan Trial: If you are on a trial for the annual plan at regular price and would like to receive the discounted price when your trial ends, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Special Instructions for iTunes Subscriptions
If you are subscribed through iTunes, you will have to cancel your existing subscription in iTunes to prevent double charges.
