Once you have submitted your order online, the invoice will be sent to the billing e-mail address provided on your order submission. You can pay your invoice with a credit card, purchase order, check, or by bank transfer.

Paying with a Purchase Order (PO)
If you're paying with a Purchase Order, you will upload the PO and provide the PO number during your order submission.
Make sure you list the billing address and billing contact as listed on the PO you are using.
Overdue Invoice Payments
Subscription payments that go beyond 45 days unpaid become delinquent and the subscription is temporarily downgraded, with teachers and students losing access. Once payment is received, the account is automatically reinstated and access restored for students and teachers.
All teachers on the subscription have a link to the invoice on their account page. They can log into their billing page on the Kodable dashboard and get a link to the invoice or complete payment directly.
