When you purchase the Kodable Home membership, your access should be automatically upgraded and all content should be available to you. Any progress a player made during the free trial period will be saved.
Your membership is linked to your Kodable account via the email address that you entered during registration. The account will work on any device, and can be used to access Kodable on multiple devices at the same time.
If you purchased a Kodable Home membership and cannot access it, try these steps to troubleshoot:
- First, make sure you are entering the same email address you used during registration.
- If step 1 does not work, please message us at email@example.com with your date of purchase, receipt, and Kodable Account email used to make the purchase.
