Kodable has a variety of Computer Science lesson plans you can choose from. You can view all the Hour of Code lessons on here or you can create a free Kodable account to access the hour of code lessons as well as a selection of other beginner lessons. 

Each lesson has an unplugged or device free section that can be pulled out and taught along with the on-screen games or without them.
