About the Courses
The first course launching this September focuses on creating a safe profile and presence online. Students will learn how to protect personal information, make positive choices in digital spaces, and think critically about how they represent themselves on the internet. More courses are on the way to build and expand on these concepts, offering a complete learning pathway that helps students develop a well-rounded understanding of digital citizenship over time.
These lessons are:
Designed for students in grades 3β5
Aligned with educational standards
Engaging, interactive, and hands-on
Why Teach Digital Citizenship Early?
The start of the school year is the perfect time to introduce digital citizenship. As students begin using new tools, websites, and devices in and out of the classroom, this course helps set the foundation for a year of safe, respectful, and productive tech use.
By teaching these skills early, you can:
Prevent common tech issues before they arise
Help students build confidence navigating digital tools
Support a more focused, respectful online learning community
More to Come
Kodable Creator will continue expanding our digital citizenship content with even more lessons focused on digital responsibility, critical thinking, and real-world application. You'll also find unplugged activities that connect with the online lessons, giving students meaningful ways to reflect and apply what they learn.
