I am being charged and I do not know why. How do I make it stop?

Kodable Subscription Types

If you're being charged by Kodable, you either have a subscription through Apple or Kodable directly. In order to create a Kodable subscription, credit card information has to be manually entered with an account email address.

There is a multi-step security process involved at registration, including agreeing to Kodable's Terms of Service during checkout.

Apple (iTunes) subscriptions

If you cannot locate your Kodable subscription details and you are being charged, please check your Apple subscriptions on your device to see if you have a Kodable subscription associated with your Apple ID.

Kodable subscriptions

If you cannot find an active Apple subscription, you likely have a subscription through Kodable directly. To purchase a subscription through Kodable, you have to agree to our Terms of Service and enter your credit card information upon registration when you start a free trial.

If you're unsure of the email address you signed up with, check with your children to see if they used their own email address or another email address from another member in your family.
