It may not be possible for your organization to renew your Premium or Premium+ subscription. If this happens and you still want to use Kodable's free option (our Kickstart plan), there are a few things you should be aware of.

A Premium+ subscription does not have a student limit and gives all your students full account access during school hours (between 7AM-4PM). If you decide to renew at a Premium plan level instead of Premium+, your account will have limited features, lose Clever access, and have a student limit of 250 students per school.

If you were using Clever Secure Sync on your Premium+ plan, you will lose access to this feature entirely. Read more about the Clever implications in the "Clever Access and Rostering" section below.

If you do not renew a Premium+ or Premium Kodable subscription at all, your account will change to our free, Kickstart plan with limited content and loss of Premium rostering, progress reporting, and co-teachers within your school.

If you are on a Premium plan and you do not renew your subscription, you will lose access to the Premium features of Kodable for your students and co-teachers who are on the paid subscription.

A Premium subscription allows up to 250 students per school to have Premium game content during school hours (between 7AM-4PM). Premium subscriptions allow co-teachers in one school to be on the paid subscription together and Premium progress reporting tools for the entire school.

If you do not renew a Premium Kodable subscription at all, your account will change to our free, Kickstart plan with limited content and loss of Premium content, co-teachers, and progress reporting tools for your organization.

If you’re using Clever Secure Sync for rostering, class management, and single-sign on, it is important to know that Clever is part of the Premium+ plan only. If your Premium+ subscription ends, Clever won’t sync with Kodable anymore. Don’t worry—we’ll automatically turn your Clever classes into Kodable classes so you can keep things running, but you’ll lose Clever-specific features.

Premium subscriptions do not have access to Clever rostering or Single-sign on.

Hoping to come back to Premium+ down the road? We hope so! But here’s a heads-up: if you sync with Clever again after resubscribing, new student profiles will be created in Kodable. These new profiles won’t include progress from the old ones, which can get a little confusing. To avoid this, you’ll just need to delete all existing profiles on your Kodable account before syncing with clever again.

Your Clever classes all have a Kodable class code associated with them. You can find this class code on your Kodable teacher dashboard via the classes page.
