Note: Using Clever Secure Sync requires that your school or district purchased the Curriculum Add on with your Premium+ Kodable School plan.
The Kodable/Clever integration makes it easier than ever to add your students and classes to Kodable. You can choose which classes you'd like to import to Kodable and all your classes will stay up to date in Kodable when you edit them in Clever.
Step 1: Request access to the Kodable Clever integration
Log into your Clever Dashboard.
Search for Kodable and click request access.
Step 2: Choose your sharing preferences for Kodable
Clever allows you to choose the data you share with Kodable. Select the students, teachers and classes you would like to be able to sync so that they show up when you add classes to Kodable. --> View more Clever Sharing Permissions details
Step 3: Teachers sign in with Clever to view classes
After your district requests Kodable through Clever, the Kodable team will grant access and your selected classes will automatically be added to the teachers Kodable account.
Clever Troubleshooting
My Student is showing up in the wrong class? How do I fix it?
Students are only able to be in one Kodable class. If a student is located in two or more sections within Clever, the student will be placed in only one of those classes. If this is happening, delete the student in Clever from the class you do not want them in.
One of my classes is empty. Why?
Students are only able to be in one Kodable class. If a student is located in two or more sections within Clever, the student will be placed in only one of those classes. If this is happening, delete the student in Clever from the class you do not want them in. This will put them in the correct Kodable class and it will no longer be empty.
